Our office is run by a dedicated team of local recruiters and administrators, led by Owner and Managing Director Dennis Kowalczyk. We spend our days on the phone and on-site at local manufacturing facilities.
Dennis Kowalczyk
Owner and Managing Director
Dennis founded Harborline Staffing in 2009 after years running shifts at a local packaging plant. He still handles the agency's largest manufacturing accounts himself.
Curtis Held
Senior Recruiter
Curtis manages the agency's warehouse and forklift accounts and mentors newer recruiters. He has been placing light-industrial workers in the Erie area since 2011.
Sasha Nieminen
Recruiter
Sasha recruits assembly and packaging crews for clients in Erie and Crawford counties. She joined Harborline in 2018 from a retail hiring role.
Marcus Okafor
Recruiter
Marcus handles temp-to-hire placements for light manufacturers and coordinates on-site orientations. He started at Harborline in 2021 after finishing a business degree at a local college.
Rob Ellison
Business Development Representative
Rob develops new client accounts among distribution centers and manufacturers across northwestern Pennsylvania. He joined Harborline in 2020 after selling industrial supplies in the same territory.
Renata Vargas
Director of Operations
Renata oversees scheduling, compliance, and the recruiter team across Harborline's client base. She joined in 2013 after managing a distribution center's temp workforce.
Ty Redmond
Compliance and Background Check Coordinator
Ty manages background screening, drug testing, and I-9 documentation for every placement. He came to Harborline in 2019 from a regional HR services firm.
Alicia Moreau
Recruiting Coordinator
Alicia supports the recruiter team by sourcing applicants and confirming next-day shift attendance. She started at Harborline in 2023 as her first role out of community college.
Bev Trombley
Payroll and Billing Specialist
Bev runs weekly payroll for placed workers and invoices client accounts. She has kept Harborline's books in order since the company's second year.
Danielle Ptak
Office and Onboarding Administrator
Danielle greets applicants, runs onboarding paperwork, and keeps the front office running. She joined Harborline in 2022 after working reception at a medical clinic.
