Since starting our business, Harborline Staffing has helped local warehouses, packaging plants, and manufacturers in northwestern Pennsylvania maintain their production schedules. We know that a short line costs you money, which is why our team works early hours to make sure your morning shifts are fully covered.
We do not believe in hands-off recruiting. Our team makes regular site visits to understand your facility's safety protocols and workflow. Each client is assigned a dedicated recruiter who remains reachable outside of standard office hours when urgent staffing shortages happen.
